Booking policy_
The fine print, kept short.
Paying
- — Dry hire is paid in full when you book.
- — Control Room with engineer: 50% deposit when you book, the rest on the day before the session starts.
- — Production is quoted separately: 50% to confirm, the rest on delivery.
- — Your slot is held while you book and pay. If payment isn't finished within 30 minutes, the slot is released.
Cancelling or moving

Your time
- — Set-up and pack-down are inside your booked time.
- — Overruns are charged at the room rate in 30-minute steps, if the room is free.
House rules
- — Cable Street Studios is a shared building. Respect the neighbours.
- — No smoking or vaping inside. No illegal substances.
- — Alcohol only with permission. We can end a session for unsafe behaviour without a refund.
- — Food and drink away from the desk, gear and cables.
- — Maximum people: Live / Broadcast Room 12 · Control Room + Booth 4.
- — Under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult who stays for the session.
Gear and damage
- — Use the gear as set up. Ask before re-patching the desk or moving monitors.
- — Report faults straight away. You're not charged for normal wear or faults you report.
- — Damage from misuse is charged at repair or replacement cost.
- — Your own gear is your responsibility while it's in the building.
Recordings and content
- — You own what you record in your own session.
- — Filmed Mastermind Sessions can be published by both the artist and Mastermind. Terms are in the quote.
Privacy
- — We use your details to run your booking and, if you opt in, our newsletter. Ask any time to see or delete what we hold (UK GDPR).
